Due to these circumstances, QMB MART reserves the right to reject or cancel any order that contains incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information or items that are mispriced.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation Policy
QMB MART reserves the right to choose which orders to process and accept, as well as the ability to cancel any order at its discretion. However, QMB MART will ensure that it communicates the cancellation of any order in a timely and appropriate manner.
Purchasing Alcoholic Beverages
Only individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old may buy alcoholic drinks from QMB MART. By ordering such products on the QMB MART website, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and agree to provide valid and legally recognized identification to the delivery driver upon receipt of your order. If you fail to provide such identification, QMB MART and its employees or agents may decline to deliver your order. In case of any doubt about the authenticity of your identification, QMB MART and its employees or agents reserve the right to refuse delivery.

QMB MART may offer links to websites owned or run by third parties. QMB MART does not endorse the content, products, or services available on these websites and is not responsible for any such content. Accessing other websites from the QMB MART website is done at your own risk.

Upon termination, the user must immediately cease access and use of the website and all passwords and account identification will be revoked. The only remedy for the user if dissatisfied with the website or its policies is to stop using the website.
Delivery Windows
For your convenience, we offer a variety of delivery time frames to choose from when placing an order. At checkout, you can select the window that works best for you and we will do our best to deliver within that time frame. However, please note that delivery windows are only a guide and not a guarantee. We guarantee that your order will be delivered within 24 hours of the time you selected. If there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific delivery time requests beyond the window chosen at checkout.
Communication During Order Processing
During the processing of your order, we may need to reach out to you regarding the availability of items and suggest replacements. We require a response from you within 15 minutes of receiving emails or phone calls about any replacements, otherwise, only the items actually ordered will be delivered without any suggested replacements. When placing an order, you will be asked to specify your preferred mode of communication for updates, but please note that this only applies before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, we may need to reach you by phone, so please have your phone readily available.
Access to Delivery Location
Our goal is to deliver directly to your doorstep, but if there are any issues such as a dilapidated road, flooding, roadblocks, civil unrest, or any other obstacles, we ask that you let us know in advance and meet the delivery driver at a more accessible location. If you fail to notify us of these issues, it may result in a delay, rescheduling, or cancellation of your delivery.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and paid for, QMB MART is unable to cancel it or process a refund. This policy is due to the retailer's no-return policy, as well as the immediate processing of customer orders. However, if an incorrect or damaged item is delivered, customers are entitled to a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns
Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery and notify the delivery driver of any incorrect or damaged items. After signing to confirm receipt, customers take ownership of the items and QMB MART cannot accept any returns. Only items with material damage will be replaced, while items with only aesthetic damage to the packaging may not be accepted as a return.
Refunds
If an item is out of stock, any credit will be added to the customer's QMB MART eWallet. Refunds will not be made to bank accounts. In instances where a delivery address is outside of coverage or a payment does not reflect in QMB MART's account, a refund may be made after deducting relevant bank charges.
