Where does QMB Hypermart deliver to?
Delivery to most residential addresses in Lagos is available with QMB Hypermart. To confirm delivery to your address, sign up with us and then check on the grocery homepage by booking a delivery.
What are your delivery and collection options?
Delivery of your shopping is typically available from 9am to 6pm on weekdays, and 12 noon to 6pm on Sundays. An alternative option is to collect your items from designated pickup locations.
What is the minimum order value for home deliveries?
A NGN 1,000 minimum basket fee will be applied to home delivery orders at checkout if the basket value is below the NGN 20,000 minimum.
You will not be charged this fee if:
- Your final basket value is over NGN 20,000
- You make changes to your order after checkout and the final basket value exceeds the threshold
- Any substitutions made to your order result in a basket value above the NGN 20,000 minimum
Is there a maximum number of items per order?
There are no restrictions on the number of items per delivery order. Currently, there is no limit to the number of items that can be included in a delivery.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept online payments from all major Naira denominated debit and credit cards as well as international Mastercard and Visa cards. We currently do not offer any payment on delivery options.
Do Items images reflect exactly what I will receive?
Most items on the website display actual images of the product, but some may differ slightly due to factors such as new packaging design by the manufacturer, promotional items, or different versions of the item. Some images may also be illustrations only and may not accurately depict the color, size, or shape of the item. This is especially relevant for fresh produce like fruits and vegetables.
How are weighed items priced?
The prices of items that require weighing (such as fruits, vegetables, deli/cold cuts, and meat) may be estimated or used as a guide for purchasing decisions. However, the amount charged will be based on the actual weight purchased, and any discrepancy between the estimated and actual price will be adjusted in your Hypermart wallet. The actual price of weighed items will be indicated on the invoice.
Can I return Items?
If we deliver an incorrect or damaged item that was caused by us, we will replace it for free. Customers must inform the delivery driver of the issue at the time of delivery. After taking possession of the order and signing for it, customers assume ownership and we cannot accept returns.
When will I receive My Orders?
At checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery time. We deliver 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm and can arrive within 3 hours of placing your order. See our Terms for more information about our delivery service.
What about Refunds?
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will continue to check for the item until it is back in stock. If, after our checks, the item remains out of stock, any credit due to you will be added to your Hypermart eWallet. We do not process refunds to bank accounts. In instances where your address is not within our delivery coverage locations or we later receive a payment which did not reflect in our account at the time you made it, we may process a refund to your account after deducting relevant bank charges.
