Returns
Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery and notify the delivery driver of any incorrect or damaged items. After signing to confirm receipt, customers take ownership of the items and QMB MART cannot accept any returns. Only items with material damage will be replaced, while items with only aesthetic damage to the packaging may not be accepted as a return.
Refunds
If an item is out of stock, any credit will be added to the customer's QMB MART eWallet. Refunds will not be made to bank accounts. In instances where a delivery address is outside of coverage or a payment does not reflect in QMB MART's account, a refund may be made after deducting relevant bank charges.
